I am an LPC-Associate whose theoretical orientation focuses on counseling interventions that include Person Centered, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavior Therapy I work from a collaborative, strength-based, client-centered approach, assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives. I have a genuine love for people, so I work with a large client base: families, couples, adults, adolescents, and children, providing support and counseling to help effectively address personal life challenges. I find myself specializing in working with individuals challenged with trauma, abuse, and domestic violence assisting them in refocusing on the internal with the use of a combination of several therapeutic techniques inclusive of EMDR. Longstanding challenges become opportunities for profound growth and self-realization. Sabrina helps families walk through sensitive issues and guides couples in recognizing power struggles and releasing old self-defeating patterns.

My educational background began as a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I furthered my education at Capella University and received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate at Capella University in the Counseling, Education and Supervision program.

I believe my goal is to help you reach your highest potential and to help you live a more harmonious and happier life. I commit myself to showing you that you have the answers and that with a healthy therapeutic relationship together we will find a deeper awareness of who you are, who you want to become, and how to propel onto a path of healing, growth, and actualization. Together you and I can reach that goal.

If you’re struggling right now my role is to listen, discern your strengths and vulnerabilities, and invite growth as you place trust in my care. Let me help. Let me in. Please remember that you are more. You are more than the pain you feel. Recognize that your feelings are valid but know that they do not have to control you. I invite you to schedule your first session so together we can take the time and space to get to know each other and understand your therapeutic goals further.

I am available and accepting new clients.
