ONGOING GROUPS AT CCA
Collin County Support Groups
”The two most powerful words when we’re in struggle: me too.” – Brene Brown Group counseling provides the benefit of knowing other people have the same challenges and questions.
This group setting becomes a strong support group of peers to increase one’s understanding of their struggles but often offer multiple possibilities of solutions and coping strategies.
Group counseling is a powerful supplement to individual therapy and many participants often report back how surprised they were about feeling understood and bolstered as they work through their challenges.

Personal Growth Group for Men and Women
Facilitated by Suzanne Hales, Ed.D., LPC, LMFT
This group for men and women meets from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday mornings.
This group examines the questions of life which emerge from our developmental process. Why are we here? What is the meaning and purpose of my life? What truly matters most in my life? This group explores our own internal ideals, values, and beliefs that guide our lives. The struggles that we experience in our external lives invite us to unfold our interior lives.
