Counseling & Consulting Associates of North Texas
At Counseling and Consulting Associates of North Texas, we view change as a process which many times requires us to go through difficult and challenging stages. We often use the transformation of the chrysalis into the emerging butterfly as a symbol of the changes life requires us to pass through. Sometimes, these changes are simply natural parts of life—such as the change from adolescence into young adulthood, from being single to becoming part of a couple, from being the child to taking care of an aging parent. Other times, the changes are those which make us feel more alone as we struggle with feeling we have failed or something is wrong with us; these are changes we are forced to make as we struggle with a failed marriage, an out-of-control teen, or our own unexplainable depression or anxiety.
At CCA, our therapy provides encouragement, support, information, and assistance to help you in the changes and transformations you seek in your life. We truly see it as an honor to be a part of your process of change, and we applaud your courage in seeking assistance to make those changes in your life.

OUR THERAPISTS
across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinics.
I am excited to be a part of CCA. The experience I bring to this practice is working at a psychiatric hospital for children and a substance abuse residential facility, as well as a domestic violence shelter for children, adolescents and adults. My passion has always been helping people to find hope and specializing in trauma. My educational background includes a masters of social work at the University of Texas at Arlington. It was here that I began my training in the specialization of mental health in children. I am excited to be a part of the CCA team, providing me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults. My training and experiences have focused on Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical behavioral therapy.
