This group for men and women meets from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evenings. This group is designed to help facilitate growth for the individual dealing with feelings, needs, and boundaries. Its goal is strengthen members’ psychological skills so they can develop the capacity for relationship with themselves and others. Members are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. This group is limited to ten members.
