This group for women meets from Thursday evenings. This group is an ongoing journey of discovery of who we are as women. We learn how to see our selves accurately and to discover our blocks to wholeness: such skills as setting boundaries, identifying feelings, communication, self care, and living as a spiritual being in a human world. This group also helps us to see the difficult task of motherhood, one of the many roles of women. Members are required to make a commitment for one sixteen-week session and may continue for subsequent sessions if desired. This group is limited to ten members.
