Dr. Elise Griffin is an adult psychiatrist who was born and raised in Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine to obtain her medical degree. A desire to understand the working brain and how it contributes to human behavior led her to specialize in psychiatry. She completed her Psychiatry residency in Searcy, Arkansas where she served as the chief resident of her program. From there she moved to Texas where she met her husband. She enjoys traveling with her husband and two children.
Dr. Griffin is dedicated to viewing each patient as an individual. She believes that listening to each patient’s treatment journey and applying her knowledge of best psychiatric treatment modalities is the best combination to come up with the most effective plan to improve mental health.
