So look for your specific request and requirement when choosing another therapist. Also, keep a tab on your progression if you feel like you are on a halt then it can be your therapist as well.

It may be because you are not with your therapist’s sessions. Because after your question has a proper answer and you have overcome your past traumas. There is no more need for extra sessions. It’s better that you don’t stick around regularly. Because you need to learn how you can handle your problems yourself. Otherwise, your session will have no meaning at all. But yes you can go for a check-up monthly. Maybe sometime weekly which you prefer best for yourself.
